Written by Harker Jones

Logline: When a successful architect’s search for his husband’s misplaced wedding ring is interrupted by home invaders, his life and all he knows to be true are upended until he starts to question his identity.

Synopsis: Awakened by a pop song, Jordan's mundane morning is disrupted by Ebony, a lively woman determined to assist him in locating his husband Karsten's missing wedding ring. Yet, their search is violently interrupted when intruders Pinky and Hunter burst in, resulting in Ebony's tragic demise. Jordan's reality shifts as he's repeatedly roused by the same song, alternating between encountering the consistent Ebony and the ever-changing duo of Pinky and Hunter.

In an enigmatic cycle, the truth unravels: Ebony reveals that Karsten's death was caused by Jordan in a drunken hate crime. As the house crumbles around him, Jordan confronts the reality of his actions. The pop song serves as a tether to sanity, leading Jordan to realize that Ebony is a hypnotherapist delving into his mind to unearth a stolen ring—an essential piece of evidence. Pinky and Hunter, manifestations of his subconscious, stand guard over his fractured psyche.

With his resistance waning, Jordan surrenders the ring's location, prompting his arrest. As he's led away by an officer, Jordan grapples with the torment of his self-created hell—a chilling reckoning that stretches far beyond his imagined confines.
